We are looking for qualified candidates to fill six customer support positions at Bridgestone in their Emergency Road Service Department.

These positions are full-time in a department that operates 24/7, 365 days per year. These positions earn a base pay of $12.00/hr with shift premiums up to $12.75/hr. We currently have many shifts available for 40 hours per week and overtime is available.

The following positions/shifts are available immediately:

  • Wednesday-Sunday 3pm-11pm
  • Thursday-Monday 3pm-11pm
  • Friday-Tuesday 3pm-11pm
  • Thursday-Monday 11pm-7am
  • Saturday-Wednesday 11pm-7am
  • Saturday-Wednesday 11pm-7am

Job Responsibilities
This is a professional office environment that consists of a fast-paced inbound call center which requires agents to be logged into the phone at least 90% of the time. You will be taking incoming phone calls assisting customers with emergency road service needs.

Applicants must:

  • be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED (post high school education preferred)
  • have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • have strong computer skills using Microsoft Office programs
  • be able to type at least 30 wpm
  • have a proven work history of missing no, or very little, work

  • pass our office testing, including typing test, MS Excel test, and spelling test
